How to do Plan downgrade in Private Hosting Server?

Step1. Login to the Z.com account with register email.

Step2. Click "Private Hosting"  Tab and click your server under "Name Tag.

Step3. To Do Plan downgrade process you need to shutdown the VM first.

Step4. To do Plan downgrade process, Click "Change" under "Server Information".

Step5. Please choose the plan that you would like to downgrade from your current package to the new package. On the next page, the system will show the downgrade amount for the service.

Step6. Now, the system will show the amount for the downgrade service.

Step7. The system will start the plan downgrade process automatically. Please allow around 45 minutes to complete the downgrade service.

Step8. Now, plan downgrade process is finished successfully and you can start the server again.
