How to Set Up FTP Settings and Change the FTP Password in CloudPanel MM4?

Step1. Login to z.com account, https://hosting.z.com/mm/signin/ 

Step2. Go to the "Private Hosting" tab under MM4. And click the server under Name Tag.  

Step3. Click "VM Information" to check Cloud Panel login URL.

Step4. Click the Login URL link to open the Cloud Panel login page.

Step5. Login with Cloud Panel Username and Password.

Step6. Under "Sites" menu, click "Manage" beside of domain name. 

Step7. Choose "SSH/FTP" menu and click "Add User" from "FTP Users" section. 

Step8. Create "User Name", "Password", "Home Directory" and click "Add User" button.

Step9. Now the FTP user is created. Please note down your server IP address which will use to FTP login. 

Step10. If you wish to change the password of FTP user, click username under "FTP Users" 

Step11. In the "Password" section, enter new password and click "Save". After that, you can use new password for your FTP account to access server.
